Magtek’s R&D group frequently upgrades our hardware, software, and relevant equipment. From the very beginning of new product design, we use 3D modeling program to simulate and analyze design details, calculate reasonable tolerance and assembly dimension; evaluate the feasibility of mass production and further machining, all the procedures are helping for improving the project efficiency.
When a new model design is done and launched, we take more steps to verify the product performance by some certain precision test equipment such as life cycle tester / response time tester / releasing time tester / cold / humidity / salt spray tester… etc.
